Firm takes on ex-Pinnacle Investments development director

United House has appointed Shane O’Neill as development manager to support the delivery of its project pipeline across the capital.

O’Neill will report to development director Steve Peters at United, which currently has significant projects under development at Shoreditch, Deptford, and West Greenwich.

United House Group chief executive Jeffrey Adams said the appointment came at “a crucial time” for the firm, ahead of the launch of several new schemes.

Prior to his appointment, O’Neill was development director at Pinnacle Investments and Development for seven years. Before that he worked for European land-acquisition property fund Envision Property for two years.
