Willmott, Galliford Try and Keepmoat win £100m housing framework

Firms among ten appointed to build social housing in the South

Housebuilders and contractors ISG, Galliford Try, Keepmoat and Willmott Dixon are among ten firms appointed to a £100m housebuilding framework for social enterprise Home Group.

The firms will work on social housing developments in London, the South East, South West and the Midlands.

Ian Tallentire, director of development at Home Group, said: “Home Group has selected 10 companies which we believe will be able to help us deliver much needed social housing homes in the south of the UK.”

The seven other firms appointed were: Drew Smith Group, EG Carter & Co, Lakehouse Contracts, Mulalley & Company, Rydon Construction and T & A Kernoghan.
