Carillion, Kier, Lend Lease and Skanska will compete for the Stafford job

Carillion Construction, Kier Regional, Lend Lease Construction and Skanska have been shortlisted for a £130m barracks ravamp job for the Ministry of Defence.

The MoD’s property arm, the Defence Infrastructure Organisation, confirmed it has invited the contractors to participate in dialogue for the work.

The successful contractor will redevelop its Staffordshire Beacon Barracks with a combination of new-build and refurbishment works.
