Engineering services firm plays centrol role in South Korean commercial development

Arup is to play a leading role in the design of eight of the 20 buildings in the Yongsan International Business District (IBD) in Seoul, South Korea.

This includes the 620m high Landmark Tower designed with Renzo Piano Building Workshop. Arup worked on the initial IBD masterplan for the 3.4 million m2 scheme for the developer, Dream Hub. The first projects are scheduled for completion in 2016.
